This is a senior, hands-on hunter role focused on new client acquisition, client transfer, and building scalable staffing revenue. The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to end-to-end staffing sales, strong relationships with enterprise HR / Procurement stakeholders, and proven capability to drive large headcount ramp-ups with billing and revenue ownership. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition Drive new client acquisition for Contract / General Staffing (Non-IT) across industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, E-commerce, Telecom, FMCG, Healthcare, etc. Act as a hunter, identifying, pitching, and onboarding new corporate clients. Manage client transfer opportunities, expanding existing relationships into higher billing engagements. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market intelligence. Staffing Sales & Account Ownership Own the end-to-end staffing sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal submission, commercials, negotiations, onboarding, to closure. Handle contract staffing deals, including pricing, margin negotiations, SLAs, and commercial terms. Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction. Drive headcount ramp-ups and ensure sustained hiring volumes. Revenue, Billing & Growth Own billing, revenue targets, and profitability for assigned accounts. Track monthly billing, collections, and growth metrics. Ensure adherence to client contracts, compliance norms, and commercial governance. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with HR Heads, TA Heads, Procurement, and Business Leaders. Represent 2COMS professionally in client meetings, negotiations, and reviews. Collaborate internally with senior leadership on growth strategy and market expansion. Requirements Desired Candidate Profile 1015 years of experience in Contract / General Staffing sales (Non-IT). Strong exposure to corporate BD, enterprise sales, and large staffing contracts. Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth. Experience managing high-volume staffing and large-scale ramp-ups. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong understanding of staffing commercials, margins, and compliance basics. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working as an Individual Contributor.
