Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate travel sector, focusing on medium to large-sized enterprises.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their travel requirements.

  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, travel consultants, and finance) to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business strategies.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as agreed upon with management.

  • Negotiate corporate travel agreements and contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and service offerings.

  • Provide ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for growth.

  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and business meetings to represent the company and promote services.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management review.
  • Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the corporate travel or travel management industry.

  • Strong understanding of corporate travel services, products, and trends.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.

  • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven approach.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
