Key Responsibilities

  • Pursue and cultivate new business opportunities for the CRO, particularly with firms developing anticancer therapies
  • Promote the CRO's unique capabilities and services to potential clients.
  • Work to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding of clients needs and customizing the CRO’s offerings accordingly
  • Ability to collaborate and align with various departments and stakeholders
  • Review and refine client RFPs to ensure full alignment with requirements
  • Develop pricing strategies based on the project's Profit and Loss projections
  • Handling quotations and contracts for clients
  • Maintain and organize customer data in timely manner
  • Self-driven and proactive individual, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
