Job Title: Business Development Manager
Experience: 5- 12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business expansion goals.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sale revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SaaS, IMS, and IT Infrastructure.
- Drive government and major enterprise deals through CxO-level involvement and long-term collaborations.
- Lead GTM initiatives in many sectors, including government, education, manufacturing, BFSI, and IT/ITES.
- Collaborate with marketing to manage lead generation, sales enablement, and campaign messaging.
- Utilize CRM tools wisely for pipeline management, sales analytics, and forecasting.
- Developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasting and reporting models
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline is required, an MBA is desirable.
- At least five years of B2B IT sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to close government and business (major) IT infrastructure deals, Managed Services, or IMS.
- It is ideal to have extensive knowledge of SaaS, Hybrid Cloud, or IBM technologies.
