Job Description
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the Bangalore region. Identify potential clients and build strong relationships within the Industrial/Manufacturing and Mechanical Industry sectors. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development progress. The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development within the Industrial/Manufacturing and Mechanical Industry sectors. Strong knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the Bangalore region. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
