Business Development Manager (Digital Energy)

The Role: Market Growth and Client Acquisition

This role is focused on driving new business acquisition and expanding market share within the rapidly evolving digital power sector. The manager will be responsible for identifying high‑potential opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans for solutions related to sustainable energy (Smart PV) and critical infrastructure (Data Center Facilities).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities across the digital power industry, including smart solar (PV) and data center infrastructure.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to introduce clients to the latest technologies and solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with potential and existing clients, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Track and analyze project pipelines and sales metrics to inform and support strategic business planning.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and market penetration plans to drive sustained business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to assess customer needs and accurately define product/solution requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams and serve as a key ambassador for the business unit.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, IT, or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional working experience within the IT or related technology industry.
  • Proven skills and a successful track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Smart PV / Solar and Data Center industry trends and market dynamics.
