Our client is a growing building supplies company with operations across BC and Alberta and over $100M in annual revenue. They are recognized for their expertise in Division 8 and Division 10, supplying products to commercial, institutional, and mixed‑use residential projects.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong industry relationships and proven success in the Div 8 and 10 space. This is a senior‑level opportunity for someone with an established book of business, offering flexibility to structure compensation as either commission‑only or a mix of base salary and commission.
