**The Impact You'll Make**
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing Danfoss Drives Japan business within Marine, Electrification, HVAC and general industry. You will be responsible for sales to drives/variable frequency converter business in Japan. You will collaborate with partners and customers to accelerate business growth in Japan.
You will work closely with the regional team to develop partners and OEM in selected focused industry. To enable business growth, you will also need to provide good technical support to the customer. To be successful, you will combine strong technical support with a customer-centric approach. High energy, motivation, and proactive engagement are essential, as you will maintain daily contact with customers and directly influence their decisions.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Own and deliverJapan sales targets, growth plans, and strategies with main focus on marine, electrification and HVAC business.
+ Manage customer and partner accounts, ensuring excellent service and relationship management.
+ Leverage Danfoss’ global and regional expertise tospecify-in products and deliver competitive, high-value solutions.
+ Develop annual sales budgets and strategies to achieve targets and maintain and update quarterly rolling forecasts.
+ Develop winning strategies and communicate clear value propositions for Danfoss products tailored to customer needs.
**What We're Looking For**
+ Experience in Elecrtical, Mechatronics, Power or Control Engineering and relevant experience in sales or business development.
+ Solid understanding of Drive products and applications.
+ Fluent in English and Japanese, with excellent communication skills.
+ Experience in a matrix organization and cross-functional, cross-cultural environments.
