Role Summary

Were looking for someone who knows how to bring in real business. This Business Development Manager role isnt about generating cold leads or sitting behind a screen all day. We need someone who can get in front of the right people, have the right conversations, and turn those into long‑term partnerships. If youve sold staffing or outsourcing services before—especially to larger or mid‑sized companies—youll know what were talking about.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and run a clear strategy to help us bring in new clients. That might mean focusing on healthcare, logistics, e‑commerce, finance or whatever makes the most sense based on where we can add value.
  • Youll handle everything from start to finish—finding the opportunity, reaching out, putting together a plan, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.
