Role Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding, activating, and maintaining strategic relationships with real estate brokerage partners locally and internationally.

This role focuses on driving indirect sales performance, building broker loyalty, and ensuring consistent engagement and education across all partner networks to support the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Broker Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new brokerage partners in key markets
  • Activation & Engagement: Organize and execute broker meetings, events, roadshows, and training sessions to drive awareness and motivation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance, maintain broker activity dashboards, and implement structured incentive programs.
