Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead a team of young Business Dev. Executives with experience of 0-2 years.
2.Drive the growth of our business via Sales, Social Media Management and Research functions
3.Expand our clientele, provide support to existing clients, and assist in internal operations
4.Maintaining quality standards for client service through written and verbal communications.
5.Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
6.Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
7.Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
