Job Description

  • Define and implement the business development strategy for B2B and B2G clients across North Africa
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporate clients, public institutions, and strategic partners
  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
  • Monitor market trends, public tenders, and regulatory environments to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting
  • Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and institutional forums
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and local regulations
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Higher education degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management
  • Strong exposure to B2B and/or B2G environments, ideally within multinational or structured organizations
  • Solid understanding of North African markets and institutional ecosystems
  • Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong advantage
