Define and implement the business development strategy for B2B and B2G clients across North AfricaIdentify, develop, and manage relationships with corporate clients, public institutions, and strategic partnersDrive the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and contract closureMonitor market trends, public tenders, and regulatory environments to identify new opportunitiesCollaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutionsBuild and manage a robust pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and reportingRepresent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and institutional forumsEnsure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and local regulationsThe Successful Applicant
Higher education degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related fieldMinimum 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account managementStrong exposure to B2B and/or B2G environments, ideally within multinational or structured organizationsSolid understanding of North African markets and institutional ecosystemsFluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong advantageWhat's on Offer
