You will Responsible For


  • Promote/sell Xebia academy global enterprise learning services solutions to corporates across the region.

  • Develop sales pipeline and generate revenues for high-end technical training and certifications.

  • Account and client relationship management

  • Engaging large customers for long term partnerships and ensuring consistency in the business

  • Leading sales presentation and technical discussions including SME with clients and close in favour of the organisation

  • Achieving weekly/monthly/quarterly sales quotas and other performance evaluation parameters
  • Skills we're looking for

  • 5-8 years’ experience, preferably from the Education, IT trainings and certification, assessments or other professionals skill development industry

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong Negotiation & Influencing Skills

  • Prior experience in selling to C-level suite, L&D, technical heads, functional owners
