At REVLON , the global leader in cosmetic companies, we are seeking a Business Development Manager.


About the role:


  • Responsible for driving the business growth in the identified countries delivering budgeted net sales and EBITDA targets.
  • Works closely with the existing distributors, understands marketplace in detail to maximize growth with opportunities for the Company brands.
  • Develops an annual Business Plan to reach business goals and provides support to distributors to implement agreed marketing plans aligned with the global strategy.
  • Evaluates opportunities of new market openings.
  • Deliver accurate financial and volume forecasting for the accounts.
  • Contribute to and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross-functional counter.


Requirements:


  • Business School graduate. Minimum 5 years experience in the B2B sales industry at an international level in distributor markets.
  • Proven experience in working with international distributors, managing the day to day business and relationship, providing support and driving the business forward.
  • Must be fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly numerate with a good financial understanding including P&Ls.
  • Ability to Travel.
