Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies and plans to achieve business goals.
  • Develop new business and customers to achieve the sales target and profit margin.
  • Develop client relationships that improve client satisfaction and retention rates through consistent client engagement.
  • Service newly secured accounts before gradually taking over by Resource Unit Department.
  • Perform customer visits regularly and update customer needs and requirements.
  • Ensure that approved new customers are credit-worthy and financially stable.
  • Other minor or ad-hoc activity or function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / master's in business management, Sales and Marketing's, or related field.
  • 10+ years of solid export sales experience FMCG manufacturing will be advantage.
  • Proven exposure to Australia, Singapore preferably.
