Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies and plans to achieve business goals.
- Develop new business and customers to achieve the sales target and profit margin.
- Develop client relationships that improve client satisfaction and retention rates through consistent client engagement.
- Service newly secured accounts before gradually taking over by Resource Unit Department.
- Perform customer visits regularly and update customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure that approved new customers are credit-worthy and financially stable.
- Other minor or ad-hoc activity or function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / master's in business management, Sales and Marketing's, or related field.
- 10+ years of solid export sales experience FMCG manufacturing will be advantage.
- Proven exposure to Australia, Singapore preferably.
