Business Development Manager - Financial Services

<p>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Close new clients for locker services and investment products including FDs, NCDs, and MFs.<br/><br/>- Support Branch Heads (BH) in building and nurturing relationships with HNI clients by understanding their financial needs and delivering customized solutions.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Customer Service teams to identify and convert cross-selling opportunities during client interactions.<br/><br/>- Promote fixed deposits (FDs) and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to both individual and corporate clients.<br/><br/>- Meet and exceed sales targets for locker occupancy, FD/NCD mobilization, MF sales, and HNI acquisitions.<br/><br/>- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to organize client engagement campaigns, seminars, and other outreach activities.<br/><br/>- Track and report on lead conversions, target achievements, and provide regular feedback on c...
