 Job Title: Business Development Manager

 CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA + Incentives + Allowances

 About APC Channel (Agency Partner Channel):

The APC Channel is designed to build a team of high-performing Agency Partners (APs) who in turn recruit and manage their own team of advisors to generate business for health insurance products. This model promotes entrepreneurship, leadership, and consistent revenue generation.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and on board potential Agency Partners with leadership potential
  • Train and mentor APs to build their own team of advisors/agents
  • Drive health insurance sales through team and individual efforts
  • Conduct joint field calls , training programs, and performance reviews
  • Ensure APs and advisors are aligned with regulatory and process compliance
  • Foster a high-performing, self-sustaining sales team under each AP

 Who Can Apply:

  • Candidates with 2+ years of experience in insurance sales / agency development / business development
  • Experience in handling teams or channels is a plus
  • Strong local network and market knowledge
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Graduation is mandatory
