<p><b>Job Title: (Business Development Manager)</b></p> <p><b>Job Location: Somajiguda, HYD </b></p> <p><b>Mode of Interview: Video</b></p> <p><b>Job Duration: FTE</b></p> <p><b>Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Monday to Friday</b></p> <p><b>Job Description:</b></p> <p><b><u>Roles and Responsibilities:</u></b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Looking for 4+ years to 9 years experience profiles </b></p> <p> </p> <p> Experience in the US IT Recruitment Industry and Currently working experience as Business Development Manager.</p> <p> Acquiring leads: Find new accounts and relevant leads from global markets and prospects through different channels and mediums.</p> <p> Experience in handling State Clients and direct clients.</p> <p> Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.</p> <p> Identifies and develops new business opportunities.</p> <p> Builds relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.</p> <p> Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't.</p> <p> Manages key client relationships and works to build new ones.</p> <p> Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brands.</p> <p> Leads sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams.</p> <p> Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.</p> <p> Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.</p>
