Job Title: Business Development Manager Property Acquisition

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Industry Preference: Hospitality (OYO, FabHotels, Treebo, etc.)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our property acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying, pitching, and onboarding hotel and property partners, with a proven track record in the budget hospitality sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new budget hotel/property partners across assigned territories.
  • Pitch the value proposition of our brand to property owners and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Handle end-to-end deal closure including site visits, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams for setup and listing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners to ensure long-term retention.
  • Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 34 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in OYO, FabHotels, Treebo, or similar hospitality chains.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate/property acquisition in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven track record of onboarding properties and achieving sales targets.
  • Existing network of property owners is a strong plus.
