·        Experience in the US IT Recruitment Industry and Currently working experience as Business Development Manager.

·         Acquiring leads: Find new accounts and relevant leads from global markets and prospects through different channels and mediums.

·         Experience in handling State Clients and direct clients.

·         Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

·         Identifies and develops new business opportunities.

·         Builds relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.

·         Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't.
