Role: Business Development Manager – UK/EU Recruitment

Location: Based in India

Job Description:

  • 7-9+ years of experience in business development, account management, sales hunter in recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or IT recruitment sector.
  • Identify & develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing businesses in UK & EU regions.
  • Manage market research, business research, database building & management, business opportunity analysis, lead generation etc.
  • Be accountable for targeting new client accounts / client relationship management / vendor empanelment.
  • Plan and execute new marketing initiatives to build the business. Upsell & Cross sell in our existing accounts.
  • Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently.
