Business Development Manager

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with 4–5 years of experience who can build strong partnerships across the pharma, biotech, and MedTech space.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, engage, and nurture client relationships across HEOR, RWE, and Medical Communications.
• Support proposal development (RFI/RFP/RFQ), client presentations, and follow-ups.
• Track pipeline, analyze market trends, and explore new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.

What You'll Bring:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration.
• 4+ years of BD experience in healthcare or consulting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive mindset and familiarity with CRM & LinkedIn outreach.
