Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)

What you'll do

Drive new business acquisition for HR Tech products or services

Identify and target startups, MSMEs, and enterprise clients

Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Understand client hiring or HR challenges and map them to product offerings

Work closely with the product and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding

Maintain sales pipelines, reports, and forecasts

What we're looking for

2–5 years of BDM or sales experience specifically in HR Tech or SaaS

Proven track record of closing B2B deals

Strong understanding of HR solutions like ATS, recruitment platforms, or HR software

Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
