Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to include insurance products in various loan applications processed by SBI
  • Maintain the right product mix to achieve both top-line and bottom-line targets, while adhering to defined Loss Ratio (LR) and Cost of Risk (COR)
  • Identify customers for upselling and cross-selling to meet the business plan
  • Share detailed information about new products and selling techniques to support business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Bancassurance partners to drive volume growth

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 0–4 years of work experience in sales within the General Insurance (GI) industry
