Job Description:This position is part of TCS IoT and Digital Engineering horizontal business unit to drive the growth of engineering services for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients in North America. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience shaping proposals, building strong client relationships, and drive solution-based sales while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create business opportunities and enhance value for CPG clients.Key responsibilities:
  • Bring the company’s engineering services value to major CPG customers, including Home & Personal Care, Food & Beverages, Alcohol & Tobacco, Beauty & Cosmetics, Distribution business segments in North America.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to proactively shape proposals and large deals based on customer requirements.
