Job Description

Drive aggressive business development in builder, architect, and construction segments Generate high-value project leads through site visits, architect meetings, and strong market networking Build strong relationships with builders, architects, and developers to drive continuous project pipeline Deliver powerful product presentations and secure product approvals and specifications Push sample installations at sites to accelerate conversions Take ownership of deal negotiations and close projects independently Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently Maintain strong follow-up for project closure, collections, and repeat business
