- Drive aggressive business development in builder, architect, and construction segments
• Generate high-value project leads through site visits, architect meetings, and strong market networking
• Build strong relationships with builders, architects, and developers to drive continuous project pipeline
• Deliver powerful product presentations and secure product approvals and specifications
• Push sample installations at sites to accelerate conversions
• Take ownership of deal negotiations and close projects independently
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
• Maintain strong follow-up for project closure, collections, and repeat business
