What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop new clients and strategic partners in Japan’s payments ecosystem.

  • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals to deal negotiation and closing.

  • Collaborate with marketing, project management, and global teams to deliver innovative payment solutions.

  • Build long-term relationships that create value for customers and sustainable growth for Ingenico.

  • Proven success in business development or partnership sales within payments, fintech, or tech sectors.

  • Strong understanding of B2B commercial models and the Japanese payments landscape.

  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
