The Business Development Manager works closely with the Business Development Team to research prospective clients, qualify prospects and generate leads for the team in the form of management agreements, leases, strategic partnerships, and advisory services opportunities.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Research clubs that could be prospects for Troon management or lease opportunities
• Discover contact information for targeted opportunities via internet and phone, and then compile it into Troon CRM tools
• Proactively contact qualified prospects in an effort to generate new leads
• Utilize AI and other technologies to develop new strategies for lead generation
• Communicate with prospective clients, including lending institutions, developers, individual course owners, municipalities, strategic partnership candidates, and other prospects, to evaluate their needs and determine if they could be ...
