Job Description
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand into new markets or sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand and product positioning.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, key account management, or trade marketing preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
