Business Development Manager
Total Facilities Management (TFM)
Location: Home-based (UK-wide travel)
Office Base: Leeds (occasional visits)
Salary: £60,000 basic + competitive commission
Package: Company car, pension, expenses
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts portfolio. This is a true 360° role , taking ownership of the full sales lifecycle — from opening doors and developing opportunities through to closing deals and handing over to the mobilisation team.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the UK, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver compelling, commercially sound solutions for our clients.
