Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability goals, and KPIs across your territory. Lead monthly business reviews with salon accounts, using performance data to drive improvements. Maximise time management and minimise business costs through strategic journey planning. Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across styling tools, products, and services. Collaborate with education and marketing teams to activate campaigns and boost retail conversion. New Business Development & Territory Expansion:
