Business Development Manager – Leeds (Hybrid: 2–4 days per month in office)

Up to £60k basic + £100k OTE - uncapped

Our client is a fast‑growing UK cloud technology provider delivering market‑leading cloud hosting, disaster recovery, backup, and data protection solutions. As they enter an exciting phase of expansion, they’re looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive 100% new business growth within the SME market.

The Role

This is a senior commercial role focused purely on new logo acquisition and winning high‑value customers (typically organisations with 100–250 employees).

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the business development strategy to hit revenue and market expansion targets
  • Lead by example in driving new business across cloud hosting, DR, backup, and data protection
  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns, GTM activity, and positioning
