Recruit & develop Agency Leaders and Agents.
Drive sales growth (AFYP, case size/volume).
Coach team to achieve top performer recognition (MDRT, councils).
Monitor performance & retention of agents.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI & company policies.

Candidate Profile
1. Experience in APC channel ( Agency partner channel) for 1 year.
2. Experience in life insurance.
3. Incentive should be 25 k minimum in yearly.
4. Graduation should be must.
