As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our growth strategy in the country. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, driving new business through commercial hunting activities, identifying and acquiring high-potential B2B partners, developing long-term relationships, and supporting partners through a more qualitative and strategic approach.  

About the Role

  • Proactively hunt and develop new B2B business opportunities, generating leads and closing commercial deals.
  • Build and manage long term strategic partnerships.
  • Own the end-to-end commercial process with strong initiative and minimal supervision.
  • Act as a strategic partner to external stakeholders, providing qualitative support and operational optimization.
