Function

Under the supervision of the General Manager
and with Matrix report to the Group Business Development Manager, you will have
responsibility for the business development, brand visibility and communication
in various sectors located in Angola: remote sites mainly, catering and
B&I.

MISSIONS:

DEVELOPMENT

·To update daily the market map with
media´s information (Newspaper, specialized news, forum, competition info…etc)
and propose the opportunities to general manager. ·Execute catering strategic
orientations of the company in terms of developing new business on the Angolan
area ·Develop business proposals with
responses to tenders, including technical, financial, legal and human, in
validation with the general manager and country matrix teams ·To ensure that 100% of our
activities have a contract/Agreement/LOA before starting the operation ·Ensure and centralize a fluid
communication between clients and operations department ·Inform clients about problems faced
and solutions implemented to solve them ·Anticipate, prepare and manage
client´s visits and audits, perform written reporting to the General Manager ·Establish close contacts with
persons involved in payment process within client organization to ensure our
invoices are paid on due time ·To follow & update the necessary
company documents for tender participation (ex: Due Deligenced, CAE
certification, authorities' records…) ·To develop the group tools (Digital
PP) to extend our sales ·To improve the development of the
Ship supply activities, with contracted clients ·Follow appropriate
rexcoirding/reporting procedures related to commercial activities ·Follow the mobilization plan for new
site ·Go Offshore and onshore to meet the
client and support the operation.

COMMUNICATION

·To do a monthly communication to all
the client's sites by displayed advertisement, communication on Events,
achievement and results, with Group template and ensure they are all displayed
on the proper support. ·To implement and communicate the
monthly news to Newrest Newsroom (Events, achievement, result, new contract) ·To implement the Newrest Angola news
– Quarterly·To ensure the brand visibility -
