What will you do?

At INNOCV, we are looking for a Business Development Manager specialized in technology, with a consultative approach, to drive the growth and positioning of our technological services in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in technology consulting.
  • Advise clients on digital transformation and innovative technologies.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design value propositions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposals.
  • Expand the network of contacts through events, conferences, and forums.
  • Work cross‑functionally with technology teams, marketing, and operations.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years in business development or sales roles in technology consulting or IT services.
  • In‑depth knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation, cloud solutions, AI, mobile, platforms, transformation processes.
  • Solid network of contacts in key industries such as banking, energy, telecommunications, retail, healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at executive level.
  • Strong focus on achieving objectives and exceeding sales targets.
  • University degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or similar; an MBA or postgraduate studies favored.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
