Business Development Manager - Majors

Are you a high-performing BDM ready to take on major UK accounts and drive big-ticket growth? We’re expanding our Majors team and are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Business Development Manager to help us win some of the most strategic contracts in our market.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline across the UK
  • Prospect major accounts and create high-quality leads
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, taking them on a journey toward your solution
  • Manage complex sales cycles (3 months to 1 year)
  • Create compelling value propositions for contracts up to £ annual value
  • Lead the full tender process as project owner, ensuring all deliverables land on time
  • This is a 100%new-business position within a highly successful senior sales team
