Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT Staff Augmentation .
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT resources and staffing solutions.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to source, screen, and deploy IT professionals.
Prepare and deliver proposals, rate cards, contracts, and presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
