Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT Staff Augmentation .

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers.

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT resources and staffing solutions.

  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to source, screen, and deploy IT professionals.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, rate cards, contracts, and presentations.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage ongoing account relationships.

  • Stay updated on IT market trends, skill demands, and competitor offerings.
