Job Description

Role Overview:

  • Lead and execute business development initiatives to generate new partnerships and growth opportunities
  • Handle product research, selection, and coordination for livestream and influencer campaigns
  • Manage collaborations with TikTok Shop partners, brand clients, and internal marketing teams
  • Develop and implement digital marketing and growth strategies
  • Close deals and manage brand and account partnerships on TikTok
  • Mentor and guide the team to achieve performance targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the e-commerce industry
  • Required: TikTok Shop partner experience
  • Strong background in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in closing deals and handling TikTok accounts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
