Job Description
Role Overview:
- Lead and execute business development initiatives to generate new partnerships and growth opportunities
- Handle product research, selection, and coordination for livestream and influencer campaigns
- Manage collaborations with TikTok Shop partners, brand clients, and internal marketing teams
- Develop and implement digital marketing and growth strategies
- Close deals and manage brand and account partnerships on TikTok
- Mentor and guide the team to achieve performance targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the e-commerce industry
- Required: TikTok Shop partner experience
- Strong background in business development, sales, or marketing
- Demonstrated experience in closing deals and handling TikTok accounts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
