  • Achieve a high win percentage of the new business awards while generating high GP margins for new and existing accounts that meet/exceed new business revenue goals
  • Have continuous engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts
  • Consult with several levels of decision-makers to understand customers’ business challenges and logistics goals
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions that deliver value and support to the customer’s business strategy
