Job Description
Location: Remote (LATAM-based candidates only)
Compensation: $1,500 to $2,000 USD per month plus performance bonuses
Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective U.S.-based clients. Your primary responsibility is to connect with decision-makers, uncover IT challenges, and generate qualified sales meetings for the Founder or assigned Closer. This role requires strong phone presence, excellent English communication, persistence, and prior sales experience. Experience in MSP or IT services is highly valued.
This role is ideal for LATAM-based sales professionals who are organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable working remotely with U.S. clients.
