Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth by actively identifying, prospecting, and securing leads from brands, agencies, and key marketing decision-makers. This role focuses heavily on outbound lead generation, building strong pipelines through targeted outreach, strategic networking, and industry research. The BDM will position Gushcloud’s services and capabilities to potential partners, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive, hunter-style sales mindset.
