- Expansion in Mexico and US Market.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and meet business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in automotive industry
- Knowledge in plastic injection molding processes for automotive components.
- Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective strategies.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Range salary $70,000-$80,000 MXN
