A successful Business Development Manager should have:


  • 5+ years of commercial experience in automotive industry

  • Knowledge in plastic injection molding processes for automotive components.

  • Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective strategies.

  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.





  • Range salary $70,000-$80,000 MXN
