The solution includes modules for operations and audits management, inventory and purchasing control, staff scheduling, digital training, real-time analytics, and compliance. Your New Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of the GTM Sales Enterprise team and focus exclusively on outbound prospecting. Your main goal will be to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for the Sales team within a defined market and ICP. You will run structured, multichannel outbound campaigns, target the right accounts and decision-makers, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to continuously improve outbound strategy and conversion rates. What You Need to Be Successful Experience in the hospitality industry is essential (hotels, restaurants, catering, or related). Proven experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation in SaaS environments. Strong ability to build and execute high-performing multichannel campaigns. Excellent organization, discipline, and autonomy. Resilience and a performance-driven mindset. Comfortable with CRM, sequencing tools, and prospecting platforms.
