About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with proven experience selling IT staffing services and IT solutions to clients across the United States and Mexico. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, the ability to open new accounts, and a solid understanding of the IT recruitment and consulting landscape. The ideal candidate has previously worked with IT staffing companies and can demonstrate measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition & Hunting
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with clients in the U.S. and Mexico.
- Conduct outreach through calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and networking events.
- Develop and execute territory and account-penetration strategies.
- Build a strong sales pipeline focused on IT staffing and IT service offerings.
IT Staffing & Services Sales
- Present and position IT staffing solutions (contracting, direct hire, managed services).
- Sell IT consulting and custom services based on client needs.
- Understand technical requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates.
- Negotiate rates, service agreements, and contract terms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $35,000.00 per month
