About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with proven experience selling IT staffing services and IT solutions to clients across the United States and Mexico. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, the ability to open new accounts, and a solid understanding of the IT recruitment and consulting landscape. The ideal candidate has previously worked with IT staffing companies and can demonstrate measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition & Hunting
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with clients in the U.S. and Mexico.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and networking events.
  • Develop and execute territory and account-penetration strategies.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline focused on IT staffing and IT service offerings.

IT Staffing & Services Sales

  • Present and position IT staffing solutions (contracting, direct hire, managed services).
  • Sell IT consulting and custom services based on client needs.
  • Understand technical requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate rates, service agreements, and contract terms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35,000.00 per month
