**Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from the company's factoring services.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and the status of potential clients and follow up effectively.
- Qualify leads based on their interest and purchasing capacity.
- Collaborate with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.
- Participate in the creation and execution of lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on the company's products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to leads.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation, preferably in the financial industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive attitude and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking.
- Ability to establish effective relationships and gain the trust of potential clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Focus on quality and attention to detail.
**Must-Haves**:
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation, preferably in the financial industry.
- Experience in Landing New Accounts & in Expansion of these Accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive attitude and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: $422,031.00 - $622,031.00 per year

- Business development: 4 years (preferred)

- Financial sales: 4 years (preferred)
