  • Sales Closure & Revenue Ownership

  • Own end-to-end sales closure from first pitch to commercial negotiation and final sign-off

  • Close high-ticket retainers, project-based deals, and annual contracts

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

  • Convert qualified leads into long-term agency clients

  • Handle pricing strategy, scope negotiations, and commercial objections

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across startups, D2C, enterprise, and funded brands

  • Build a robust sales pipeline for agency services

  • Work closely with founders, leadership, and strategy teams on pitches and proposals

  • Participate in pitch presentations, proposal walkthroughs, and CXO-level discussions
