Sales Closure & Revenue Ownership

Own end-to-end sales closure from first pitch to commercial negotiation and final sign-off

Close high-ticket retainers, project-based deals, and annual contracts

Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Convert qualified leads into long-term agency clients

Handle pricing strategy, scope negotiations, and commercial objections

Client Acquisition & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across startups, D2C, enterprise, and funded brands

Build a robust sales pipeline for agency services

Work closely with founders, leadership, and strategy teams on pitches and proposals

Participate in pitch presentations, proposal walkthroughs, and CXO-level discussions
