Role Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to scale client acquisition and revenue across US & Global equities, alternative investments, and wealth solutions. This role combines channel led growth with direct client acquisition, focusing on HNI / Ultra HNI, NRI, and FPI segments. The incumbent will work closely with internal sales teams and external partners while owning business targets across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition for US & Global equities trading through internal sales teams and strategic business partners
  • Train, mentor, and enable sales teams, DSAs, APs, and business associates on product positioning and sales execution
