Overview

Position: Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid (5 days a week, Monday to Friday)
Location: Madrigal Business Park, Alabang / Cebu / Davao
Salary: PHP 40,000 – 60,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as main contact for strategic accounts.
  • Recommend ERP and enterprise solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Lead sales cycles, including proposals, pricing, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and support teams for seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
